        大跨度異形空間配筋砌體拱殼“紅亭”的結構設計與試驗研究*

        摘 要

        [摘要]2019年烏鎮互聯網峰會“紅亭”項目為我國少數大尺度砌體拱殼結構,其造型為不規則的自由曲面殼體,為滿足空間與視覺要求,主體結構采用大跨度配筋砌體拱殼。從結構找形優化、靜力分析、殼體穩定性分析、人行激振、結構抗震、建造邏輯和現場堆載試驗及監測等方面,全面介紹了項目設計及實施中的關鍵問題。研究提出的異形空間殼體結構,特別是砌體拱殼結構的結構設計方法和結構分析方法適用于多種同類的復雜空間薄殼結構。同時,研究中的試驗模擬和有限元驗證也將為砌體拱殼的復雜材料行為的簡化分析提供一定的借鑒。

        Structural design and experimental study of large-span irregular spatial reinforced masonry shell “Red Pavilion”

        Abstract: The “Red Pavilion” project of the Wuzhen Internet Summit in 2019 is one of the few large-scale masonry shell structures in China. Its shape is an irregular free-form surface shell. To meet the space and visual requirements, the main structure uses large-span reinforced masonry shell. The key issues in project design and implementation were comprehensively introduced, as well as the practice in the structural form-finding optimization, static analysis, shell stability analysis, pedestrian walking vibration, structural seismic, construction logic, and on-site stacking experiments and monitoring. The structural design method and structural analysis method of the special-shaped space shell structure, especially the masonry  shell structure, proposed in this study were suitable for a variety of similar complex space thin shell structures. At the same time, the experimental simulation and finite element verification in this study will also provide a certain reference for the simplified analysis of the complex material behavior of the masonry shell.
